WOD/ 6:30am Class Today....

For those of you who came to the 6:30am class this morning I sincerely apologize for my absence. I hate relying on technology to wake me up for that exact reason (I-Phone Alarms are terrible!!).

Burpees
Sit-Ups (AbMat)
