Now, the new schedule which will begin next week (March 7th) is as follows....
Open-Gym Hours: Monday-Thursday
The new 6:30 Class Tuesday-Thursday will be SKILL ORIENTED!!! WOD's will still be done but they will be very technical work such as olympic lifting and gymnastics movements.
I will be e-mailing the list today with the xcel document outlining the calender.
