Hello Crossfitters!

I want to hear from YOU. I want critique. The gym, the equipment, how I coach, etc...In order for this box to get to its full potential, I need to know what everyone thinks. I appreciate any input good or bad, give it some thought and post away...

    I personally like what is going on in the gym. The WOD’s have been creative, there is an option for strength/power work, and the classes seem to be growing. So for the most part there is little to say on improvements. However, after running one Saturday class I asked a similar question to many of CFU’s athletes. The overwhelming response that I got, and that I enjoy myself, is a group warm-up and the elusive and often feared cool-down. I believe these are very helpful and will benefit everyone. Also, more weight. ;)

  3. I agree with Ben on everything. The only other thing I think would be benificial for me and several others would be some more time spent on form and technique on lifts. I heard you say you were thinking about adding some classes, I know I would be there.

  4. I agree that the WODs are cool and I enjoy them. I would like to see a few heavy plates, so we can load up the bar for deadlifts. I would also like to see more evening classes/open gym time. Hopefully you can get some help covering the gym hours when someone gets certified. The current schedule is tough for those of us with 8 to 5 jobs.
