I would like to see a few heavy plates, so we can load up the bar for deadlifts. I would also like to see more evening classes/open gym time. Hopefully you can get some help covering the gym hours when someone gets certified. I personally like what is going on in the ...Nate, <br /><br />I personally like what is going on in the gym. The WOD’s have been creative, there is an option for strength/power work, and the classes seem to be growing. So for the most part there is little to say on improvements. However, after running one Saturday class I asked a similar question to many of CFU’s athletes. The overwhelming response that I got, and that I enjoy myself, is a group warm-up and the elusive and often feared cool-down. I believe these are very helpful and will benefit everyone.
